Our service includes user accounts, AI agent creation, workflow automation, data lake management, integrations via MCP, and multi-channel deployment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm our platform or users.

You may not impersonate others or provide false information about your identity.

You may not engage in spam, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the platform or community.

You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it.

The platform operates on a credit-based pay-as-you-go model. Credits are consumed when you use AI agents, run workflows, process data, and store files.

New accounts receive free credits each month at no charge. Free credits are available for select AI models only, are subject to fair-use rate limits, and do not carry over between billing periods.

Purchased credits are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify free credit allocations, eligible models, and rate limits at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Response times and availability of free-tier services may vary based on platform load and demand.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Any unused purchased credits may be forfeited upon account termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
